Help Information

Overview

The purpose of this page is to browse all reports within the SEUPB document library. On opening the page, the main results table on the page will display all available reports. The reports can then be ordered according to a variety of criteria, namely: Title, Author, Period. These can be ordered in ascending or descending order by toggling the directional arrows in the Column Headings.

Hovering over the table columns will show further information about the purpose of each column in the results.

The reports can be specific to a project, cover a range of projects, or are programme-level and therefore not linked directly to projects. The reports are classified according to their purpose, namely:

  • Funded Projects
  • SEUPB Corporate Documentation
  • Research
  • Government
  • European Union
  • SEUPB Programme Documentation
  • Implementation Bodies
  • Media/Promotional Material

These classifications are then sub classified, such as by Project Reports, Newsletters, Impact Reports.

Where possible, the reports can also be filtered by the authored date and the authors concerned.

Therefore it’s possible to search the reports library primarily by PEACE Programme, the period they were written for, the author(s), the report theme and the report stakeholders. In addition, there are a number of advanced programme-level classifications that can be used to filter the reports: Measure (for PEACE I and PEACE II), Sub Measure (PEACE II), Sub Priority (PEACE III), Sub Sub Priority (PEACE III), Specific Objective (PEACE IV) and Action (PEACE IV).

The list of filtered reports can then be searched within, using keywords. These keywords search in the report’s title, content and author name(s).

Search Fields and Keywords

On the top right-hand side of the Browse Report page is a search box to enter the keywords to search for. This will search within the reports, to filter and reduce the list of reports.

Results Table

The filtered and searched results are displayed in the main results table. These results can be navigated using the paging controls and the results can be sorted, either ascending or descending, by clicking the appropriate table columns.

Hovering over the table columns will show further information about the purpose of each column in the results.

If search keywords have been entered, these are highlighted in the previewed document.

A thumbnail of each document is visible in the Preview column. The user can get further details and see the document in full by clicking on either the thumbnail or the report title.

Data Export

The data shown in the table can be downloaded as a CSV file by selecting the ’Export CSV’ button in the top right corner of the page.
