Training for Marginalised Groups

Stepping Stones provides training for the disabled community of Lisburn and Castlereagh in order for them to gain employment. This grant would enable us to offer training to additional trainees however the training would also focus on developing good relations among the disabled community. People often forget this group but they do hold prejudices and this holistic package offered would support them into employment.
