CWSAN Migrant Workers Support Project

CWSAN Migrant Workers Support Project aims to empower migrant workers population to have their voices heard and build capacity within their communities by means of providing information, advocacy and facilitating access to local services. The Project aims to support the health, wellbeing and social inclusiveness of the migrant worker population in the Cookstown District Council area as well as to contribute to the process of meaningful integration and developing good relations within the area. The Project will provide information and guidance in areas such as health, social wellbeing, education and employment thus serving individuals' needs. the project will also encourage a community development approach to local service provision through identifying and working with group needs, thereby complementing statutory service provision.
