Cross Border Training of Trainers in Respecting Difference

The Cross Border ToTs project will bring about the implementation and delivery of a Training of Trainers programme which will facilitate capacity building in community relations practice across pre-school and County Childcare Committees in Fermanagh, Sligo and Leitrim. The project aims to train 12 practitioners from across the three county area. Participants will have previously been trained on the MIFC Respecting Difference Programme. This proposed intensive training of trainers course will build on their initial training and enable them to co-facilitate future MIFC training courses as well as workshops for parents whose young children attend Early Years settings where the MIFC programme is implemented. The project then aims to deliver the MIFC programme to 20 out of school settings across the cluster area.
