Reach Out to Support Ethnic Diversity

This project will identify the attitudes of migrant care workers towards the hostcommunity including their views on integration in the short term and in the longer term; design an Elementary Food and Health Course for migrant care works which includes cultural diversity training, and; facilitate mediation and mutual understanding between migrant workers and native care workers and between migrant care workers and the established community.
