Common Purpose Young Leaders Pathways Programme

Common Purpose Young Leaders Pathways is a civic leadership programme, targetted at young people in socially deprived areas of East, North and West Belfast. Delivered over 4.5 days, the participants will have the unique opportunity to work across religious and political lines. Aims: Develop motivated young people to have a sense of belonging and ownership in the community and an understanding of civic responsibility; Enable young people to make more informed life choices; Create an understanding of others' opinons; Increase the number of young people involved in local and city life; Raise aspirations and expectations regarding their future; Build the confidence and self esteem of young people.
