Ballynafeigh Interfaith Learning Project

The aim of the proposal is to provide a sustainable practical framework for the development and delivery of corroborative work between faith-based groups. The project involves an inter-church, inter-congregational and inter-faith consortium. It will explore the role of faith based activities in generating and enhancing community cohesion in the midst of conflict and it will address reconciliation issues at a number of levels. The objectives of the project are to: Prepare and develop a comprehensive neighbourhood welcome and information pack; Carry out a neighbourhood scoping exercise; Facilitate a neighbourhood information forum; Promote inter-church and inter-faith dialogue.
