Project Details

Institutional Sectarianism and Racism

The promoter aims to deliver a programme which includes a range of research, training and support to challenge issues around sectarianism and racism as they occur in the workplace. The project will consist of a suite of workshops to be delivered on the relevant issues to targeted groups, e.g. employers, employees, sectoral employees. The initial work of the project will be research in the area of workplace sectarianism and racism both nationally and in particular in County Louth. The workshops will be designed in conjunction with the research findings.
