OPTIC - Older People Together in Creativity

OPTIC – Older People Together in Creativity Project will bring together Older People on a cross border, cross community basis to share experiences and histories so as to develop a greater understanding of different cultures and perspectives, and to encourage and facilitate participation in social and cultural networks in Donegal and Derry-Londonderry. The project through a series of activities including choral workshops, drama, creative writing, networking, day trips, social networking events, will promote involvement of Older People in social activities both north and south of the border. The activities planned are intended as a catalyst to social inclusion and participation in the life of the local community through this project.
