Towards Real Understanding of Sectarianism Today (TRUST)

1. To provide an opportunity for individuals who come from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines to participate in a Training for Transformation programme on a cross border basis. The basic belief underlying the training is that community development and working for change needs to address three aspects of life. The course combines discovery, learning and action at the personal, interpersonal and wider society doimensions of life. Training for Transformation has not been delivered in donegal for over 10 years. 2. To deliver a number of short community leadership training courses with a reconciliation focus to selected community organisations who have not benefited in the recent past from strategic funding sources. These would be selected through an application process and in consultation with the local partnership companies.
