HSE Donegal Primary Community and Continuing Care - C3 To review models of best practice internationally

The proposal aims to highlight the positive role older people are currently playing in society, to combat discrimination and to inspire communities to develop actions that rexognise older people as community assets. It will include workshops, a seminar and the development of three local projects which will involve shared learning, civic participation, social entrepreneurship and cross community engagement.
