Acting for Change

Acting for Change is an innovative arts programme using drama and theatre to promote reconciliation and mutual understanding within Donegal and on a cross-community and cross-border basis. This project aims to use a range of drama and theatre events to engage participants from a cross-border and cross community perspective to explore themes and issues that are a consequence of the conflict in Northern Ireland and the Southern Border Counties with the aim of addressing levels of segregation among disadvantaged and minority groups in Donegal and across the border. The project aims to promote reconciliation and mutual understanding – reconciling communities and building positive relations at a local level.
